You may have noticed the activity at the building site next to our office. The construction of the ‘Gateway’ building is up to the 6th level.
A seven storey building is planned.  The new construction may be disorientating when in Nicholson Street so be careful when driving.

We recommend parking around the corner in Barkly Street.  You may also park in Nicholson Street but remember the east side of Nicholson Street is a Clearway M-F 6.30am – 9.30am.  The west side of Nicholson Street is a Clearway M-F  4.00pm – 6.30pm.
